EULA – End User License Agreement
Dear OVERDIGIT user, we are very delighted for your interest in our products and our IEC-line software package (hereafter denoted by Software) which we offer. Various software tools, included in the package, are available for download and are an essential part for the operation of OVERDIGIT products. The development of good software is expensive and therefore it is important, also in your interest, that the following contractual terms are complied with. The following terms and conditions are established between you, user of the Software, and the company OVERDIGIT srl (Italy). By downloading and installing the Software you agree to the following conditions and to be bound by the terms of this contract. If you do not accept the conditions of the contract, the Software installation is not possible and the setup procedure will be automatically terminated. 1. General The Software may only be used according to the following terms. All terms that deviate from this contract are expressly prohibited. 2. Right of use The downloadable Software is provided at no cost but that does not mean it is automatically licensed by OVERDIGIT for a use that is not related to own products. The cost of the license is in fact included in the supplied hardware products and the Software may only work on hardware manufactured by OVERDIGIT. This way the license will have an unlimited duration and will have no functionality limitations. The copyright and all other industrial property rights for the Software and its documentation must remain with OVERDIGIT. It is not allowed edit, modify, disassemble or decompile the Software or use any other reverse engineering technique to by-pass the licensing mechanism in order to use the software on different hardware from that produced and sold by OVERDIGIT. The right to create copies of the Software exists only for the data security backup. The copyright notice must not be removed or modified. 3. Warranty / liability The Software is suitable for use in combination with the OVERDIGIT products. No warranty is made that the Software and related documentation are free from errors. The liability for loss or damage of any kind is excluded as far as the law allows. In particular, we do not assume liability for loss or damage arising from use of the Software or that the Software may not be used. 4. Applicable law and jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed and interpreted by Italian law. For any dispute arising from this contract is exclusively competent the jurisdiction of Pesaro - Italy.

Instructions for uninstalling the software
To uninstall the software tools needed to use OVERDIGIT products, you can use the following two procedures equally: 1) Uninstall using the Windows Control Panel: - Access the Windows Control Panel with the Start button on the taskbar - Under the "Programs" icon, click on "Uninstall a program" - Select the installed program (for example "IEC-line version ...") - Click on "Uninstall" - Confirm with OK in the window of the uninstaller program 2) Uninstall using the specially provided program - Access the programs list with the Start button on the taskbar - Enter the folder of the specific program and locate the "Uninstall ..." program - Click on the specific uninstaller program - Confirm with OK in the window of the uninstaller program
